How to have good mental health.

Being in a state of situation where perspectives and different ideologies go round and round. These type of situations should be avoided until the mindset of a person become that can overtake everything or got an right sence of judgment.but specially for a student these type of situations should be avoided coz that can lead to weak mindset and increase in stress of a person. So, being around the people of same intrest as you or may be more than you in the same way. So, these types of surroundings are prescribed for a good mindset and is good for mental health.

Having an ideal, it’s human behaviour that thier exist good and bad inside us. Almost every well known religious scriptures or holy books believes in this.

Our mind or good and bad inside us basically the portion of our mind that guides us even talk to us internally. Goes and works on where we spend our time , what we see and what we read. Having an ideal makes your that portion more stable and strong. Coz being having an ideal makes or gives you bundle principals. That helps in tackling life’s challenges and even makes you more creative and confident. Also makes independent. Leads to an easier and sorted mental health

Physical health contributes almost half or more than that of the strength of your mental health.

1. Having proper and Nutrition full meal that increases body metabolism and also increase the blood circulation throughout the body. Also junk foods should be avoided for better physical and mental health.

2. Water, drinking water the most important for mental health because our mind is made up of about 70 % of water. Always requires large amount of water to function properly and stably. Drinking 3.5 litres of water is prescribed by doctors.

3. Having proper sleep everyday, studies shows that sleep is the best healer of human mind or even a whole body many people when they found themselves in a state of stress or in any unstability in mental health. 4. Meditation, doing yoga or performing salat i.e namaz being connected to your soul and lord of all.

5. Exercising or playing daily which actually is the key to increase body stamina. Exercises must be done regularly.

Having schedule of the day wheather on page or in mind. That can just increase your responsibilty abilities. Leading to more creative and consistent lifestyles.
