Why sleep is necessary ?

Sleep plays an important role in every individuals life.
It is considered as a natural health care. For every leaving being whether it is human or animals. For every human being 6-8 hours of daily sleep is recommended by experts . but if we look around in this 24 by 7 world .we found that there is large percentage of people who are not taking thier proper 8 hours sleep. Some of them are busy and some are suffering.

Especially students are having this problem due to overuse or use of digital devices. Thay are not concerned about thier sleeps. Which is leading to many illnesses, and depression. And depression is not a disease it’s a bundle of diseases. And this leads to thier low grades. Less active in physical activities and remembering things. Which makes them more depressed. Leads to sucidial thoughts. About 4.5million pupils are diagnosed with anxiety or depression. You can see around your society or in your friend circle. 2 from every 5 pupils. Is suffering lack of sleep or oversleep.

Consequences of sufficient sleep:-


• Every body part is revitalized with sleep
• Sleep act as an vitamin for human body
• It helps in enhancing memory, logical reasoning and learning abilities,
• Sleep act as a madicine for many disease
• Remove stress and gives an refreshing wake up
• Enhance creativity

Consequences of insufficient sleep:-

• Leads to mental and physical dysfunction
• Leads to diseases like dibetes, high blood pressure, chronic pains, weakness, lack of activeness
• stops body growth
• decreased confidence
• lack of attention

Dr.Walker of Harvard University, has founded that insufficient sleep leads to shorter lifespan. At last but not least, ’nothing feels better than good health’.
